And I have been there, been there, been there!!

My escape mechanism has always been to cocoon myself--take myself away from the world--literally, go to bed and stay there.

But, no more!! I rise up in the morning and face the day with My Lord because the Son has risen, and He makes the sun rise and the peace in my heart.

Bethsailorcrosshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14378552999540084798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6615381931747550966.post-68242554015975825782009-01-17T14:48:00.000-05:002009-01-17T14:48:00.000-05:00Such an accurate picture of our hearts during dark...Such an accurate picture of our hearts during dark times, Spring. "Creature comforts", they call them, and I guess to some extent we all need/enjoy them. But to rely on those rather than the presence of our Lord is to miss the great Comforter, as you so wonderfully illustrate.

Have a blessed day!Gwen Stewarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00062502118990955905noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6615381931747550966.post-67030465483132574252009-01-16T09:17:00.000-05:002009-01-16T09:17:00.000-05:00"I rest in the knowledge of that which I know but ..."I rest in the knowledge of that which I know but cannot see"....I love that Spring. Hebrews 11:1 is a very special verse to me. The sun will rise. I needed to be reminded of that. Thanks. I had family visiting and missed your kitty story earlier. How sweet of the Lord to do that for you!B His Girlhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17323556614583246461noreply@blogger.com
